Condition guide

Wholesale listings will state or give you the option to choose the grade you want. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Please note that all our items are secondhand or vintage, therefore you can expect to see small signs of wear and tear, even on Grade A product. We do not launder items before sending so it is possible that marks may be removed with washing, but we cannot guarantee this. You should allow for 10% human error in the grade received.

Grade A

Items are in very good condition. They may have minor wear and tear (eg. small marks or stains) but should not have large holes, stains or damage. Fastenings (eg. buttons or zips) should be present and functional. A vintage item with a minor defect that wouldn’t affect the retail value may be included in Grade A product.

Grade B

Items are in good, wearable condition but may have noticeable damage (eg. hole, rip) or noticeable stains, may have missing buttons or broken fastenings, or all of the above.

Listings

Product photos and videos in the listing show a fair representation of the grade and style of product you may receive – you will not receive the exact items pictured. Any examples of brands or product styles included in the listing are not exhaustive and are for guide only. We cannot guarantee that you will receive all or any of the examples given.

The listing price includes VAT.

Dispatch

Dispatch time refers to the time it will take for us to prepare and handover your item to the carrier. It does not include the time it will take a parcel to reach its destination once it has left our premises.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but we aim to do it sooner. 

Our warehouse hours are Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm. Orders cannot be processed outside of these times.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the listing price and will be calculated at checkout, based on average product weight and delivery address. We cannot calculate shipping based on the exact weight of your order.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

International orders will be sent via an international carrier such as UPS, FedEx or Parcelforce. The carrier will be selected by us based on availability and suitability of cost and transport time.

Your tracking details will be sent to you via automated email from the website once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, some countries may impose customs or import taxes on your order. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. To Be Worn Again Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost might be – we recommend you contact your local customs office for current information before you place an order.

To Be Worn Again Ltd. is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or any other reason, nor are we responsible for how long the parcel takes to reach you once it has been dispatched.

Returns

The purchase of a wholesale listing is a business-to-business transaction, not business-to-consumer. A return/refund can only be offered if the goods received are not as described. Please ensure that you read all sections of the item listing as this contains information about the product, the grade condition and the possibility of human error. 

If you believe that the items you have received do not match the description of the item or the conditions of the grade purchased, please contact us via email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We are confident in the quality of our product and aim to resolve any queries or concerns over email asap.

Once we have received and reviewed the email, we will contact you to advise how to proceed. 

In the event of a return, the entire wholesale order must be returned to us, unless otherwise agreed. All items must be in the original condition.

The buyer is responsible for the cost and security of returning the items to us. The return shipping cost cannot be refunded. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel and are not responsible for this.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect these and contact you to advise whether a refund will be issued. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded. A refund will only be issued via the original payment method.
