We are looking for a full-time assistant to work directly with our wholesale manager at To Be Worn Again. We specialize in vintage and second hand clothing, selling in our stores, and online both wholesale and individual items through platforms such as Vinted, eBay, Shopify and other online marketplaces. When there is less work to be done for the online side, you may be required to complete warehouse duties as assigned by other managers. 

Our warehouse is based in Worthing, just behind the train station — literally less than 30 seconds away — making it very easy to commute to. We are a small, creative and friendly team, but the environment can also be fast-paced during busy periods.

Main responsibilities may include:

• Steaming and preparing clothing
• Taking product photographs & videos
• Packing wholesale and single-item orders
• Researching and uploading products/writing listings/ setting prices across all selling platforms
• Assisting with stock organisation
• Helping with social media content and product videos

● Warehouse duties might include:

• Hanging stock
• Sorting product
• Helping with washing/laundry
• Other similar tasks

We are looking for someone reliable, organised, creative and with good attention to detail. A love for vintage clothing, online selling, styling and photography would be a big plus.

Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Vinted or Depop is helpful but absolutely not essential, as full training can be provided but you must be tech savvy (confident in using a phone, apps, computer, social media, or have the ability and desire to quickly learn to use these). It is also a fairly physical role as you will be standing to steam and photograph clothing, walking around the warehouse picking items, moving rails and carrying parcels.

We would also be happy to take on an apprentice or someone looking to gain experience within the vintage clothing and online sales industry. Staff discount is included across our stores.

Location: Worthing warehouse, 13 Southcourt Rd, Worthing BN14 7DF

Hours: 5 days per week, 6 hours per day - 10:30am - 5pm (weekdays only)

Minimum wage. Ages 16+
