You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Items can be returned if you have changed your mind, or if goods are found to be defective, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Please contact us via our email address given below with details of the issue / reason for refund. Please include photos if necessary. Once we have received and reviewed the email, we will contact you to advise how to proceed - we may offer an exchange or a refund.
In the event of a return, the item must:
– be unworn and in the same condition as when it was purchased/received.
– have the To Be Worn Again tag attached, and the tag must not have been tampered with.
The buyer is responsible for the cost and security of returning the items to us. The return shipping cost cannot be refunded. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance - we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel and are not responsible for this.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you to advise whether a refund will be issued. A refund will only be issued via the original payment method. If we have any reason to believe the item has been worn, excessively handled or damaged in any way, we may dispute the refund, as we ensure that all items are sent in the same condition as originally documented on our website.

Vintage sizing can be different to modern sizing so don’t just go by the size label! We suggest comparing the measurements given in the listing to the measurements of a garment you already have.
